The attack on our border continues, with hardly any efforts being made towards fixing it. The US Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden Regime and allowed Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire installed on the Texas-Mexico border. This is an act of tyranny, neglect, and a complete BETRAYAL of the people of the United States and our constitutional rights! Our border must be made secure by whatever means necessary, including razor wire! SCOTUS siding with the Biden regime's open border policy is a slap in the face to all Americans! Congress must back AG Ken Paxton in Texas and DEMAND that our borders be CLOSED!

This Monday, SCOTUS sided with the Biden regime and essentially ruled to allow the United States to open its border to millions of illegal aliens through the removal of razor wire barriers.

Gov. Greg Abbott (R) previously installed about 30 miles of razor wire at the Texas-Mexico border near Eagle Pass to stop the flood of illegal aliens being let in by the Biden administration. Now, Border Patrol agents are allowed to remove this wire, creating a nearly constant tug-of-war between Biden's border vandals and AG Paxton and Gov. Abbott.

On Monday evening, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and AG Paxton vowed that they would continue to defend Texas’s Constitutional authority to protect its borders, stating, “The Supreme Court’s temporary order allows Biden to continue his illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America. The destruction of Texas’s border barriers will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe. This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state’s sovereignty.”

The Texas National Guards, in response to SCOTUS’s ruling and in defiance of the Biden Regime's Border “Patrol” Vandals, are rightfully continuing to put up more razor wire and barriers at Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Since Biden took office, he has allowed roughly 7 million illegal immigrants to cross the United States border, many of whom are unaccounted for, including young children. Unaccounted-for individuals are not the only consequence of Biden's open border; the use of hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars has been squandered to transport, shelter, clothe, feed, and provide healthcare services to these illegal aliens—hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars that should be representing the US, used on us!

As we have stated before, the security of our nation should not fall onto the shoulders of Gov. Abbott and AG Paxton; this is a nationwide effort that demands the attention of ALL of Congress! Our border should NOT be treated as a political pawn brought up only during times of convenience; our open border is a CRISIS that demands an immediate nationwide response! Congress MUST ACT; they must demand that this national security crisis is treated as such and responded to accordingly—CLOSE the BORDER!
