On March 22nd, a vote will take place to determine whether the final State and Foreign Operations appropriations package retains the House-passed language to defund the World Health Organization (WHO) and to require that the Pandemic Treaty be subject to a Senate vote. This language is in Sections 7048 (k) and (l) of H.R. 4665 (118th Congress), which passed last year on September 28, 2023. This Friday, our representatives will vote on whether this language is retained. Congress must retain this House-passed language that ensures we begin the process to defund the WHO and pass the WHO Withdrawal Act!

We the people know we cannot trust the WHO, which is why we must defund and leave them! In February, WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus warned global leaders about the “next pandemic” and demanded they sign a “global treaty” by May, something that is fast approaching.

It is evident that the United States should NEVER entrust a health authority with the power to dictate our nation's actions during times of turmoil. It is the exclusive right of American citizens to decide how we handle global pandemics, in accordance with our Constitution.

Fortunately, there are some in policymaking positions that have the logic to get the US out of WHO. This begins with Sections 7048 (k) and (l) of H.R. 4665 (118th Congress), which retain the House-passed language to defund the World Health Organization and to require that the Pandemic Treaty be subject to a Senate vote. In addition, H.R. 79 (The WHO Withdrawal Act), which would allow the US to remove itself from the tyranny and control of the WHO. Sections 7048 (k) and (l) of H.R. 4665 are particularly important this month because the language that allows the defunding of the WHO and requires a Senate vote on the pandemic treaty will be voted on to determine if it will be retained moving forward. These two sections MUST be retained, and Congress must ensure that!

In addition, Congress must press in cutting all ties with the WHO; they currently have a bill, House Resolution 79 (The WHO Withdrawal Act), proposed on January 9, 2023, by Congressman Andy Biggs from Arizona's 5th District, awaiting much-needed attention and support.

Congress, it's time to DEFUND & exit the WHO. Our elected officials, who participate in UN summits, have let us down by reimposing mandates that infringe on our liberties. They must represent us! They must work toward freeing the United States from the UN and severing ties with the WHO, its questionable pandemic treaty, and its attempt to push a controlling narrative of another convenient Disease X. Let's not wait around until another “impending” global pandemic that makes it easier for the WHO and UN to coerce the United States into global tyranny. Let's leave this mess NOW! Congress, uphold your oath, defend our constitution, and safeguard our freedom. Leave the UN and reject and DEFUND the WHO!
