Who is the WHO?: The World Health Organizations is an institution of unelected bureaucrats granted exclusive power to "guide and protect the health and wellness of humanity".

Conflict of interest: The WHO is sustained by donations, the bulk of which are private donations made by pharmaceutical and biotech corporations who have a vested interest in the organization's support.

Controversial Leadership: The WHO appointed to Director General its first non-medical doctor, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. The appointment to the organization's highest position was controversial given that in his previous role as Ethiopia's Health Minister, Ghebreyesus is accused of covering up three major health epidemics. Prior to his appointment Ghebreyesus was a high ranking member of the Tigray People's Liberation Front, a brutal and corrupt political group responsible for crimes against humanity including bombings, kidnapping, torture, and killings. Ghebreyesus became closely associated with the Chinese Communist Party, Bill Gates, the Clintons, and their respective foundations while serving as Ethiopia's Health Minister.

Wasteful Spending: In 2017 the Associated Press reported that the WHO spends about $200 Million/yr on travel which was more than it spent to fight some of the biggest problems in public health, including, Hepatitis/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, mental health/substance abuse combined.

Failures: During the Covid-19 Global Pandemic the reason for the WHO's failure to properly act to contain the outbreak, and repeated issuing of inaccurate and bad advice is not merely the result of incompetence. Rather, the malfeasance is the direct results of the CCP buying out the WHO's leadership, with tragic consequences.

Crafted with the theme of “the world together equitably," the preliminary version of the document grants the World Health Organization (WHO) with the authority to announce and manage a global pandemic emergency. Once a pandemic emergency is officially declared, all participating nations, including the United States, must submit to the authority and directives of the WHO concerning medical treatments, governmental measures like lockdowns and vaccine mandates, global supply chains, as well as the monitoring and surveillance of populations.

Francis Boyle, professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law, “Both [initiatives] are fatally dangerous,”  and “Either one or both would set up a worldwide medical police state under the control of the WHO, and in particular WHO Director-General Tedros.” He further states, “If either one or both of these go through, Tedros or his successor will be able to issue orders that will go all the way down the pipe to your primary care physicians.” As reorted by The Epoch Times.

“If these rules go through as currently drafted, I, as a doctor, will be told what I am allowed to give a patient and what I am prohibited from giving a patient, whenever the WHO declares a public health emergency. So they can tell you you’re getting remdesivir, but you can’t have hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin. What they’re also saying is they believe in equity, which means everybody in the world gets vaccinated, whether or not you need it, whether or not you’re already immune.” states Physician Meryl Nass to The Epoch Times. This accord would require member nations to “monitor and regulate against substandard and falsified pandemic-related products.” effectively removing the First and Fourth Amendments.
