Last Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Trump was ineligible to serve as a U.S. president, based on the court's interpretation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Now, other Democrat-controlled states are reportedly trying to follow suit and attempting to bar Trump under the same interpretation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Yesterday, Maine ruled that they would also bar Trump from their primary ballot under Section 3. Congress and our other elected officials need to be reminded that Trump has never been charged with insurrection, so WHY is he continuously being attacked? Congress must put a stop to this and investigate all corrupt judges, elected officials, and other representatives who are humoring and acting on the idea of removing Trump from their state's primary ballot! We have had ENOUGH!

From the Colorado Supreme Court's ruling, more radical left states have decided to humor and jump on the insane bandwagon to bar Trump from their primary ballot. These states include Michigan, California, Maine, and New York.

Maine has now declared that they will be barring Trump from their primary ballot based on Section 3 of the 14th amendment, the same section Colorado used to bar Trump from their primary ballot.

Here's the thing: Trump has never been charged with insurrection, so this section cannot, in any circumstance, be applied to him. Not only that, but this section is being misinterpreted and misrepresented to remove Trump from primary ballots; this is nothing short of a political attack to squander resources and time.

In truth, all this is, is an attack on the people's voice, a political attack on Donald Trump to further exhaust and attack the man with baseless charges, accusations, and claims, and a complete waste of American taxpayer dollars, who pay the salaries of those who are pursuing pointless charges on Donald Trump.

The individuals who are supposed to be representing the people are actively taking our voice away by barring our top candidate from the primary election. These individuals NEED to be investigated. If they are going to launch an assault on our electoral process and thereby our voice, they should not be paid with our taxpayer dollars; their names should be revealed, and they should be removed from their office for violating our rights.

We the People have the right to elect our officials, to take away this right by removing our candidate is a slap in the face to our electoral process, our Constitution, our rights, and our ability to use our voice. We will NOT stand for this! Congress, you've allowed another state to take our voice away. The American citizens call for an investigation into all elected officials and justices who propose and have done so. Uphold the rights and the WILL of the people — demand the reinstatement of Donald Trump on the Colorado and Maine primary ballot! Investigate those who are working to infringe on our electoral rights, reveal their names, stop PAYING their taxpayer-paid salaries, remove them from office!
