During his State of the Union Address, President Trump told the story of Ellie Schneider, a 2 year old girl who was born premature at 21 weeks, six days gestation.

When the Supreme Court issued its Roe vs Wade ruling, they decided that abortion can remain legal as long as the unborn child has reached the "point of viability." That is the point in development when he or she can survive outside the womb, with or without medical assistance. In 1973, the Supreme Court decided that the point of viability was 27 weeks. Once an unborn baby reached 27 weeks gestation, they would be able to survive outside the womb and could not be killed.

Well, medicine has advanced a lot since the 1970s. 27 weeks is no longer the point of viability, and Ellie Schneider proves it. And yet, under the law, Ellie would not have been protected from being aborted.

That needs to change.

President Trump challenged Congress to right this wrong and pass legislation to finally ban late-term abortions. The legislation in question -- the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act -- would ban abortions after the point in which unborn children develop the ability to feel pain. For years, Scientists have believed that this point is at 20 weeks gestation. But a new study indicates that unborn children can start to develop pain receptors as early as 13 weeks gestation.

The bill would not ban all abortions, but it would ensure that when babies are able or close to the ability to survive outside the womb, then they are given that opportunity!

Trump has ordered Congress to pass this bill, and the GOP is answering the call. They are moving to force a vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, but they need your help to get the votes!

Please, join the fight and DEMAND that Congress pass the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act by any means necessary and protect the unborn!

If a surgical team wanted to operate on a 20-week-old unborn baby in-utero, then they would have to administer anesthesia in order for the surgery to be legal and ethical. But if that same surgical team wanted to perform an abortion and kill the child, they would be allowed to rip him or her apart, limb from limb, in the womb. It makes absolutely no sense.

This legislation would outlaw elective late term abortions. Period.

It would save between 9,000 and 11,000 babies every single year. That comes out to between 24 and 30 babies saved, every single day.

If I could snap my fingers and put an end to all abortions, I would. But this legislation gives us a chance to move in that direction.

t is absolutely disgusting that there are Democrats out there who want to protect the "right" to even kill fully-developed babies. Some Democrats today are even advocating post-birth abortions, where doctors and nurses would deliberately neglect newborn babies and leave them to die. This legislation would put a stop to this madness, once and for all.

The GOP is now aiming to force a vote on this bill by the end of next week!

If you want to put an end to late-term abortion, once and for all, then you need to get loud right now!

Please, join the fight and DEMAND that Congress pass the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act by any means necessary and protect the unborn!
