It is official. Barack Obama’s White House Press Secretary has confirmed that more terrorists will be released from Guantanamo over the next 12 days.
“I am not able to speak to any specific detainee transfers between now and January 20th other than to confirm for you that there are likely to be some,” Spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters.
Within hours of this admission, the White House announced it had transferred four of the worst-of-the-worst Terrorists to a jihad “rehab” program in Saudi Arabia. When asked if these four releases were what they were referring to, the White House responded ‘no,’ and said there would be even more releases.
Two of the terrorists just released were fighting with the Taliban when they were apprehended. The two others were linked to al-Qaeda, including Osama bin Laden himself.
All four were determined to pose a significant risk to the US and its allies if allowed to rejoin the fight. What did Obama just do? He sent them to a “rehab” program in Saudi Arabia known for re-radicalizing inmates…
How do we know that Obama is sending GITMO terrorists to a re-radicalization program?
One of the terrorists at Guantanamo recently came before the “parole” board and asked them not to send him there. That’s right… a suspected terrorist asked not to be released to the Saudi Arabian rehab program.
Not because he no longer wanted to be a terrorist, mind you, but because he believed that the Saudis would try to use him for their own purposes, like fighting Iranian influence in neighboring Yemen.
Saudi Arabia’s own numbers show that 20% of rehab enrollees end up returning to waging jihad. US Officials believe the Saudi recidivism rate is much higher.
So why is Barack Obama sending the worst-of-the-worst terrorists there?
He is so hell bent on closing the Guantanamo Bay prison that he doesn’t even care about the consequences. He is more than willing to have Americans and our allies die at the altar of political correctness, as long as Obama gets to build another monument to himself.
We have 12 days left to stop Obama from emptying the cells in Guantanamo and sending the most hardened terrorists back to the battlefield. The President notified Congress of these releases exactly 30 days before he leaves office, as the law requires. He will be releasing these terrorists on his last day in office.
He is releasing terrorists who have promised to behead and bomb Americans if ever given the opportunity.
And now Obama is giving them just that!
The White House will be releasing between 17 and 19 terrorists on his last day in office, just before Trump takes the oath of office. Every President has issued pardons during his final days in office.
Barack Obama will be the first President ever to pardon Terrorists. What a legacy…
But here’s the thing: Congress has the power to stop him. Congress has the authority to block him from releasing any more terrorists.
But it is up to YOU to demand they make it a priority!
