Little did we know that when President Barack Obama signed the infamous Obamacare, that it would eventually be used to advance the President’s Gun-Control agenda? NOW, thanks to his 23 new Executive Orders, President Obama wants to use Medical Doctors to literally spy on patients with guns!
President Obama last week issued 23 Executive Orders to bypass Congress and the American people, to further his anti-gun agenda.
One of his brand-new Executive Orders reads: “Doctors and other mental health professionals play an important role in protecting the safety of their patients and the broader community by reporting direct and credible threats of violence to the authorities. But there is public confusion about whether federal law prohibits such reports about threats of violence. The Department of Health and Human Services is issuing a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits these reports in any way.”
This is an END to the total trust and confidentiality of a doctor-patient relationship! President Obama and a couple of his 23 executive orders have now broken that lock-solid sanctity between the two!
What was once good, “bedside manners” has turned medical professionals, including doctors, into Gestapo-techniques of literally SPYING on their patients!
That’s right; the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes! That means they are encouraged to do so, quite possibly facing federal litigation.
EVERY United States Congressman must be faxed to urge them to begin legislation to vote AGAINST and OVERTURN these new, 23 Executive Orders signed last week!
Of course, we are against any kind of federal government over-reach. But calling on doctors to spy on their patients who have guns…that is more than outrageous. A president was elected, not a dictator or a king. “I’m against a king. Having a monarch is what we fought the American Revolution over. And someone who wants to bypass the Constitution, bypass Congress…that’s someone who wants to act like a king.” –Senator Rand Paul
According to the Washington Times, “Mr. Obama…will make it clear that his health law, known as the Affordable Care Act, allows doctors to ask patients whether they have guns in their homes, and will tell them they are able to report any threats of violence they hear to police.”
It is as if the federal government has “DEPUTIZED” your doctor to help monitor guns, especially if they think the patient may be violent.
Already, healthcare professionals have a “duty to report” a patient that might do harm to themselves or others. But under the new Obama directives, they now have the power to have you arrested! Gone are the days of the doctor’s “Hippocratic Oath!” The “Obamacare Spy Network” now has tentacles in every town in America. And you had better beware! Doctors are being pressed to monitor patients about their guns and about the possibly of them being violent.
I simply cannot believe this is happening while most of our U.S. Congress sits by idly. That is why you must fax our Congress today! The full-fledge assault on our Constitutional rights is appalling! It must be stopped.
The patient and his health should be the PRIMARY CONCERN of every physician.
But never letting a crisis going to waste, President Obama is urging doctors to put “community over the patient” for the supposed good of the community. Under the false pretense of giving patients health care, we now have GUN CONTROL in our society, including the doctor’s office!
It is part of an overall, coordinated plan for government control, masterminded by President Obama:
1. Schoolteachers encourage their students, children, to tell on their parents.
2. In New York, psychiatrists are now ordered to tell on their clients
3. NOW, doctors are being ordered to snitch on their patients.
His Executive Orders extend to the mental health professionals as well. President Obama is using the national debate over gun violence to push for further action on his health care law, including insisting on the kind of mental health coverage states must provide under their Medicaid programs.
Fax Every Member of the U.S. Congress RIGHT NOW!
Whatever we do, we must stop these Executive Orders!
