The United Nations wants to REGISTER … BAN … and CONFISCATE your private firearms.

For many years, the globalists, socialists and one-world believers at the United Nations have been working hard to circumvent the Second Amendment so they can eliminate American freedoms and control your firearms.

Conservative-Daily has made you aware that is meeting right now, in New York, on the U.N. Small Arms Trade Treaty (ATT). The Treaty will eliminate your Second Amendment rights and eventually require gun registration across the United States.

It also could mean that foreign nations—including our enemies—will have access to your personal information.

Insist Congress Stand Up for the Second Amendment

The U.N. has been working since the mid-1990s to get this Small Arms Treaty passed. We’ve always been able to stop the encroachment upon our rights; but now, we have a President, Secretary of State, and many of their fellow believers, both foreign and domestic, who desperately want to see this treaty succeed. They desperately want to see the END of your Second Amendment rights

If the United Nations passes this treaty—and it’s a very good chance they will—the United States Senate will have to ratify it.

INSIST THAT BOTH THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE PASS S. 2205 NOW!

That require 67 votes.

Remember, the Senate does not have a Republican majority right now. We cannot sit back and assume that there is NO WAY we are going to lose our gun rights.  We just cannot afford to assume that our Constitutional rights will remain intact. After all, we have a President who shows great disdain for both our Constitution AND our Congress, frequently bypassing both to get what he wants.

He is very much on board with the U.N. Small Arms Treaty. So, we have to act and make sure Congress knows the American people do not approve of this.

What is even more preposterous is that Iran—a nation accused of sending weapons into Syria despite Security Council warnings--is overseeing these gun treaty negotiations.

Imagine that you, an American citizen, are about to be subjected to a treaty that the lawless nation of Iran put into place!

You must know that “small arms,” in the UN definition, includes weapons capable of being carried and fired by one person… every rifle and pistol that you own.

As usual, the UN is being secretive about their ultimate goal of total civilian disarmament. But the few parts they’ve been open about are horrifying. They want AT A MINIMUM:

• Establishment of a new UN agency, the Implementation Support Unit, with power to regulate anything having to do with guns that might be sold internationally;

• A requirement that every country submit its gun control plan to the ISU;

• A requirement for every country to implement internal tracking of all gun sales within its borders (outright registration!); and,

• A ridiculously expensive requirement for every single of round of ammunition to be stamped with a unique serial number.

Wayne LaPierre, head of the National Rifle Association, warns:

“They’re trying to impose a UN policy that gives guns to the governments – but the UN doesn’t in turn make moral judgments as to whether these governments are good or bad. If you’re the government, you get the guns, if you’re a civilian, you don’t. But this will just end up helping evil governments and tyrants.

 “The UN view is that governments – not individual citizens – ought to protect people.”

Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS) has introduced S. 2205 (the equivalent House bill is H.R. 4864), a bill that will ensure even if the U.N.’s Treaty is ratified, the United States of America will not have to comply with its provisions because Congress will REFUSE TO FUND IT. S. 2205 will preserve American sovereignty, protect the Second Amendment, and prevent the United Nations from taking your guns!

S. 2205: A BILL, “To prohibit funding to negotiate a United Nations Arms Trade Treaty that restricts the Second Amendment rights of United States citizens.” S. 2205 would mandate that:

“No funds may be obligated or expended to use the voice, vote, and influence of the United States, in connection with negotiations for a United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, to restrict in any way the rights of United States citizens under the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States, or to otherwise regulate domestic manufacture, assembly, possession, use, transfer, or purchase of firearms, ammunition, or related items, including small arms, light weapons, or related materials.”

INSIST THAT BOTH THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE PASS S. 2205 NOW!

We must alert the Senate that we will in no way accept this U.N. Small Arms Trade Treaty, and we must tell both chambers to pass S.2205 and H.R. 4864, preventing funding of the ATT.

Please help us make sure Congress knows that we will not stand for the United Nations destroying our freedoms, our country, and the dreams of our Founding Fathers.
