Today, the United States Senate officially confirmed Neil Gorsuch to the United States Supreme Court. For the first time in 11 years, a Conservative has been added to the United State’ highest court. This is all thanks to your activism.

Democrats are salty but they brought this on themselves. They set the precedent for using the nuclear option and still decided to filibuster a conservative nominee replacing a conservative Justice. Now, they have lost the ability to block Supreme Court picks.

If you think they’re angry now, just wait and see what happens when Justices Anthony Kennedy or Ruth Bader Ginsburg leave the Court… Or, we can just wait until the Senate starts confirming the 500 critical executive branch vacancies and more than 100 federal court vacancies left by Obama.

You saw how Democrats did everything in their power to block Gorsuch as well as Trump’s Cabinet nominees. The Left even delayed Elaine Chao’s confirmation to become Trump’s Transportation Secretary. Chao is married to Senator Mitch McConnell.

The current rules allow Democrats to force 30 hours of debate on each nominee. They have the ability to drag these confirmation votes on for years. You think the Gorsuch fight was bad? Wait until the Left realizes Trump gets to nominate at least four Judges to the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals…

Yesterday, the Senate GOP went nuclear. Now, they need to go thermo-nuclear!

Democrats will filibuster and delay whoever Trump nominates. They have Trump Derangement Syndrome.

They took an eminently qualified Supreme Court nominee and inserted politics into the confirmation process for the first time in our nation’s history.

Yesterday, the GOP nuked the Democrats’ ability to block Trump’s nominees. It is absolutely imperative that they go even further and dismantle the Left’s ability to delay nominations as well.

The Democrats have promised all-out war against Trump’s nominations. They are going to use every parliamentary maneuver at their disposal to stop the Trump administration from carrying out its agenda. This filibuster was just the start.

You and I pressured Mitch McConnell and the GOP into going nuclear. We forced them to honor their oaths and to bust through the Democrats’ filibuster.

Now, it is time to force them to finish this!

Today’s confirmation was a year in the making. We fought tooth and nail to make sure that a Conservative judge was appointed to the bench. Time after time, the GOP showed its true colors and came so close to surrendering it all.

But you answered the call to hold them accountable and you forced them to hold the line.

This single fight is over. Now we turn to the 100+ other Federal court vacancies that Trump has to fill. We cannot afford to fight for each and every one of these. We just don’t have the time to let the Democrats devote 30 hours of Senate business to each judgeship.

The GOP went nuclear. Now it is time to finish the job.
