Breaking News: The Migrant Caravan's numbers have now swelled to over fourteen thousand. Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are still blocking border security legislation...

Last night, a Mexican newspaper called El Universal sent a reporter to go and cover the illegal alien caravan marching north through the country. His goal? Count the number of people in the caravan.

The reporter eventually lost count and could only say that the caravan had swelled to around 14 thousand people.

When this caravan left Honduras a week ago, it was estimated to be only around 1400 people. In a little over a week, the caravan has grown by a factor of TEN. There's no sugar coating this anymore. This is an army marching towards the United States. Not only do they have a police escort -- the very Mexican police officers that were supposed to stop them -- but we have confirmation that the United Nations is on scene training the illegal aliens in the caravan on how to get into the United States.

Yesterday, Pres. Trump declared the caravan to be a national emergency and notified the Pentagon to prepare to mobilize its forces. He also instructed the State Department to begin cutting the foreign aid the US sends to these Central American countries.

Democrats and moderate Republicans flipped out. The establishment has now threatened to sue the President for violating the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 if he mobilizes the military -- the law prohibits the President from deploying the military inside our borders for law enforcement duties. Under that law, the President must declare a National Emergency and get a waiver from Congress before using the military domestically. After Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell informed the President that Congress would not vote on a waiver, Trump announced that he will deploy "as many soldiers as necessary" to lock down the border. Already, bureaucrats in the Pentagon are questioning whether they should even obey the order...

Democrats are also launching a challenge to stop the foreign aid cuts as well. Congressman Eliot Engel (D-NY) -- the Ranking Democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee -- is challenging the White House for violating the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act. Since Congress decided to give these Central American countries hundreds of millions in aid, Engel says that the Trump administration has to make good on the commitments. As much as I hate to say it, Engel is right. The Founders gave Congress the power of the purse for a reason.

Less than 24 hours after Trump made the declaration, Obama holdovers at the State Department and other departments are now slow-walking the aid cuts and military deployment.

The President is taking on the caravan alone. Join his fight!

Stop the caravan! Tell Congress right now that if they do not immediately vote to shut down the border and close the asylum loopholes, you will remove each and every one of them from office!

I warned you yesterday that the caravan's organizers were planning on growing the caravan into the tens of thousands. They traveled only 37 miles yesterday and in that time, the caravan practically doubled the size of the previous day's estimates. The only silver lining is that with this many people, it's becoming a lot more difficult for them to find enough vehicles to drive them all.

But if they reach the border numbering in the tens of thousands, I don't know if even the military will be able to stop them. Remember, if they get even one toe onto US soil, the courts say they are entitled to an immigration hearing.

Just to put it in perspective, there are currently 58 immigration courts in the United States. Right now, those 58 courts have a backlog of over 73 thousand immigration cases waiting to be heard. If the caravan makes it into the United States, they would go to the end of that line. It will be years before all of those cases ever get heard...

Border Patrol could always arrest the illegal aliens, but their detention facilities are already full. Congress refused to appropriate any additional funds to let the Border Patrol and ICE expand their detention facilities.

With years until a deportation hearing and now detention cells available, Border Patrol and the military will have no choice but to release the caravan members with "notices to appear" for their court dates. We know from the data that the vast majority of illegal aliens never show up to their hearings and simply disappear into American society.

This is what we are facing. Bless President Trump for doing everything he can to lock down the border, but the cards are stacked against him. For decades, Congress has loosened the immigration and asylum laws to make it easier for people to come into the country. Liberal activists have used the courts to pick away at the laws to further limit what the administration can do.

Still, the Democrats are terrified. They're seeing their leads in the polls evaporate as more and more Americans learn the truth about this caravan. These aren't "refugees." They aren't being persecuted for their religious or political beliefs. These are simply people who would prefer to live in the United States instead of Central America. If they were truly seeking out safety, they would have stopped marching the minute they left Honduras...

Nancy Pelosi is begging Paul Ryan to hold the line and block Conservatives from forcing an immediate border security vote. Pelosi knows that if they hold off until after the midterms, the GOP is going to put full amnesty on the table. If she can delay until after the midterms, Pelosi knows she might be able to block a border security package all together (if she becomes speaker).

Pelosi is terrified and she should be...

Force the vote NOW! Send your instant letter to Congress and order them to secure the border immediately, or else face the consequences!

We have a chance, right now, to change the direction of this country forever. The GOP's plan was to hold the immigration vote after the midterm elections and trade partial border security for full amnesty and a pathway to citizenship for illegals. Ryan was also planning on voting on Rep. Will Hurd's (R-TX) proposal to increase foreign aid funding to Central America instead of fully funding the wall.

All the GOP and Democrats needed was to wait two more weeks before stabbing the American people in the back. The caravan is now ruining their surrender plan. The leadership begged Trump to let the caravan go and "stick to their plan." The President said no.

So, Ryan and McConnell are deliberately sitting on their hands. Sure, they're threatening to block Pres. Trump's actions -- and they may or may not be successful with that. But even worse, they are promising their donors that they will not help the President secure the border. If the President wants to stop the convoy of fourteen thousand illegals (and growing), the GOP is going to force Trump to go it alone.

That is where you come in. The President needs your help. He's trying to secure the border in time, but he is running into roadblocks in the courts and even within his own administration.

You CANNOT let Congress get away with doing nothing!

The pressure is building! Send your instantly delivered letter to Congress now and force them to hold the border security vote NOW!

Years from now, the history books will write about this crisis.

Will they tell the story of how an army of illegal aliens forced their way into thsi country?

Or will the historians write about brave patriots like you who stood up and forced Congress to shut it down?

I don't know about you, but I choose the latter.

Join us!

Please, keep up the pressure! Send your instantly delivered letter to Congress right now and FORCE them to immediately secure the border and close the loopholes to stop the caravan from getting into the country!

They cannot get into this country,

Joe Otto
