Four more Republicans signed onto the Left's plot to force an amnesty vote this week!
The law is clear. Illegal aliens are not allowed to live or work in the United States. Congress passed the statute defining what an illegal alien is.
Back in 2012, Barack H. Obama decided that he wasn't going to follow the law anymore. Instead of deporting illegal aliens who lived in the United States, he decided to turn a blind eye to their illegal residency. Instead of cracking down on companies that hired illegals, he decided to hand out work permits to illegal aliens who came to the U.S. as children.
Obama called this Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Obama was deferring action, choosing not to enforce the law against these illegal aliens.
When Trump took office, he announced that this deferral program would be ending. He refused to turn a blind eye to the lawlessness and would not be issuing illegal work permits.
Immediately, Democrat organizations sued. Even though Obama created the amnesty program out of thin air, the Left argued that illegals were entitled to live and work here. Yes, they are that deranged...
Multiple liberal courts ruled that Trump would have to continue allowing illegal alien amnesty recipients to renew their applications. But a Federal Judge -- nominated to the bench by Bush -- just went even further. He issued an order demanding that President Trump restart Obama's amnesty and start taking new applications as well.
This isn't a left versus right issue. The Establishment wants amnesty just as much the radical left, maybe even more.
That is why this week, four more Republicans signed onto the plan to force an amnesty vote. They are Representatives Scott DesJarlais (R-TN), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Chris Stewart (R-UT), and Eric Crawford (R-AR).
Matt Gaetz is as conservative as they come. So is Eric Crawford. But even they both have signed onto this plan.
The bill -- House Resolution 774 -- would force a vote on four different immigration packages. One of them would be a Conservative solution, but under the resolution, only the bill with the most support would end up leaving the House.
It doesn't take a psychic to know what will happen if this resolution passes. We saw it in the Senate earlier this year when the Conservative immigration bill received the least amount of votes. Republicans were more interested with teaming up with Democrats than they were with approving the Trump immigration agenda.
When the President's proposal went for a vote in the Senate, it failed 39-60. Never Trump Republicans like Susan Collins and Jeff Flake sided with the left instead.
When the clean amnesty bill came to a vote, it got more than 50 votes and actually it came within six votes of passing (54-45).
This is what will happen if H.Res.774 comes to pass. The RINOs will abandon the Conservative plan and just team up with the Left to pass their clean amnesty bill.
We are getting beaten on all sides. These activist judges and GOP turncoats are working to rewrite the law to make Obama's illegal and unconstitutional amnesty program permanent.
If this resolution passes, then it would only take 25 Republicans teaming up with the Democrats to pass their amnesty bill. Right now, there are 53 Republicans signed onto this resolution.
Illegal aliens are literally marching on our southern border to use every loophole and technicality to gain asylum. Activist judges are rewriting the law to grant amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegals and the leadership of both parties are conspiring to cement Obama's amnesty into Federal law.
Paul Ryan has admitted to the media that he wants to pass amnesty before he retires. Mitch McConnell has already put the Left's amnesty bills up for votes.
