Fellow Conservative,

This week, the House of Representatives voted 242-184 to protect the rights of the unborn and ban abortion after 20-weeks.

The legislation is HR 36, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.

The logic is simple. At 20-weeks, an unborn child can feel pain. If there are complications during a pregnancy and doctors need to operate on a 20-week old child, the surgeon is ethically required to administer anesthesia.

Why? Because at that point in fetal development, the child is able to experience pain. It would be unethical to perform a painful surgery without anesthetics.

At 21-weeks, it has been proven that a child can survive outside the womb with the help of medical equipment. According to the Supreme Court, this is defined as the “point of viability” and it legal and Constitutional to ban abortions after this point in a pregnancy.

So, House Republicans passed a law that does just that. If an unborn child can feel pain, it cannot legally be dismembered and aborted. If a child reaches the point of viability, to kill it would be murder.

Unfortunately, Senate Democrats are threatening to filibuster this common-sense legislation. You can’t let that happen!

Don’t let the abortionists win! Tell Congress to hold the line and defend the rights of the unborn!

The abortionists on the left want abortion on demand at any point in a pregnancy. They believe that the mother has the right to decide whether her child lives or dies at any developmental stage.

When Congress outlawed late-term abortions, the Left advocated for the right to abort a child the day before delivery. Isn’t that sick?

Whenever we cover this issue, we get emails from people telling us to stop pushing these social issues. Unfortunately for them, we here at Conservative Daily don’t have a choice.

I was born premature. The fact that there are people out there who believe I could have been aborted is sickening.

Believe it or not, there is even a growing movement to legalize post-birth abortions for mothers who give birth to children and then realize they don’t want them anymore.

Last time I checked, that’s infanticide and murder.

But honestly, what is the difference between a post-birth abortion and an abortion when the child is old enough to be born and live a full life? There’s absolutely no difference.

In both cases, a child is being denied the opportunity to live.

The other side has no defense. To be against this common-sense law is to argue that you want unborn children to feel pain and to be murdered.

As I mentioned, this legislation has already passed the House. Now, it is on to the Senate where Democrats plan to stop it from coming to a vote.

You CANNOT allow that to happen!

We are so close! Raise your voice now and demand that Congress pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act!
