Throughout his Presidency, Barack Obama has been stymied in his attempts to ram his legislative agenda through Congress. In response, he has turned to the United Nations to impose his agenda on the American people.
Congress has refused to pass Obama’s radical climate change agenda, so the President signed off on a UN Climate Treaty designed from the beginning to go into force without US Congressional approval.
Congress has refused to pass gun control laws, so Obama signed off on the UN Arms Trade Treaty to create new international gun control regulations.
Now, he has used this same strategy with regards to illegal immigration.
Last week, the United Nation Refugee Agency (UNHCR) convened to discuss the world’s response to refugee flows on, at this point, every continent.
During this roundtable meeting, the United States' delegation worked out a deal with Mexico to accept even more illegal immigrants and so-called 'refugees' from Central and South America.
Congress was never notified… this deal would not be put to a vote…
Once again, Barack Obama and his administration have circumvented Congress by going through a UN agency. It doesn’t get much more unconstitutional than this…
Congress has the authority to write our immigration laws. Nowhere in the Constitution, or in our current laws, does the President have the authority to cede this authority to foreign governments or international organizations.
But that is exactly what he is doing. His surrogates have teamed up with Mexico and the UN to make it easier for illegal aliens from Central and South America to enter the United States.
It’s obvious what Mexico gets from this. Instead of having to get stuck with these illegal aliens or deal with the crime as they pass through, the Mexican Government can just funnel them through and drop them on the United States’ doorstep.
The administration is conspiring with foreign governments to not only violate our immigration laws but also to violate our constitution.
Congress writes immigration law. Congress must ratify international agreements.
It’s an open and shut case of unconstitutionality.
But Congress just stands by and does nothing. They are watching this President conspire with the UN and Mexico to make it easier for illegal aliens to come to the United States.
With this new agreement with Mexico, Barack Obama has successfully eliminated all remaining barriers to illegal immigration.
Now, Mexico will facilitate illegal aliens crossing through Central America en route to the US.
Then, when these illegal aliens cross the border, Obama has instructed Border Patrol to stand down and let them through. And if they happen to commit a violent crime after coming here, the Obama administration has decided to let them out of prison and release them back into American society without any repercussions.
And he is praying that you are too preoccupied to care. He is hoping that you don’t recognize this for what it is: treason.
That’s because the President knows that if you do mobilize, you have the power to stop this. Obama knows that when Conservatives like you get involved and demand Congressional action, you can block this!
Are you going to ignore this clear constitutional violation? Are you going to stand by while the President cedes our country’s legislative authority to international organizations or foreign governments?
