The Constitution of the United States provides that the President of the United States “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. During Joe Biden's time in both the presidential office and congress, he has committed a great number of high crimes that demonstrate his inability to uphold his oath to the People and the Constitution, and therefore warrant his IMMEDIATE removal from office. Joe Biden has neglected the powers of his high office and allowed for the continuing refusal to uphold our nation's immigration laws despite the over 1.5 million illegal aliens who have crossed the border undocumented with no intention of ensuring that these illegal aliens appear in immigration court. Joe Biden's open-border agenda has led to what can only be called an invasion at the southern border, directly putting the lives of legal citizens of the United States at risk. There are very few safeguards to ensure that those who are claiming asylum are without criminal charges, allowing members of the cartel to more easily cross the United States border, and reiterating, there has been very little work done to ensure those claiming asylum appear in immigration court. 

Joseph Biden was responsible for overseeing anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine as a senior official in the Obama Administration. This means that any potential illegal activity involving corruption by Hunter Biden in relation to Ukraine would have fallen within the scope of Vice President Biden's office and the anti-corruption initiatives of the Obama State Department. As a result, any instances of corruption allegedly or proven involving Hunter Biden's position as a board member of the Ukrainian-operated Burisma energy firm should have been investigated and addressed by the relevant authorities.

FBI officials searched Joe Biden's homes in Wilmington and Rehoboth, Delaware, and found classified papers in various locations, including the garage.

Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed special counsel Robert Hur to investigate the appearance of classified documents at Biden's home and former D.C. office.

The claim that documents were stored in Chinatown came from a former Joe Biden staffer named Kathy Chung, who helped Biden move boxes to a government-funded transition office after he left the White House as vice president.

The classified documents were later taken from the transition office to a temporary location leased by the Penn Biden Center in Chinatown.

This claim about document storage in Chinatown was confirmed by an interview that Chung gave to the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer.

Kathy Chung, in the Oversight Committee interview, said she did not review or study the unpacked materials from the boxes.

Chung stated that no one in the Biden family instructed her on what to pack, including classified documents
