Yesterday Fox News' Larry Kudlow reported: "One reason that this [indictment] is coming out today is because former Hunter Biden best friend forever, Devin Archer, did his deposition yesterday and talked about the Hunter family brand, which is an influence-peddling brand. Just hang on a second.

They do this every time something bad happens.

They come up with another indictment. March 16, Jamie Comer reveals Biden's family payments. Then a few weeks later, April 4, Trump’s New York criminal indictment. That was the Alvin Bragg fiasco. Then later in the spring, June 8th, Republican views Biden’s bribery 1023 form. Okay, the GOP unleashed that the next day. On the 9th, we had Trump’s classified documents indictment about Mar-a-lago in the summertime. Just a few days ago, July 26, we get the Hunter plea deal blowing up in Wilmington, Delaware. And guess what? All of a sudden, Trump has to face additional charges from Jack Smith about covering up tapes and having the maintenance guy. I mean, come on.

Yesterday’s deposition was very devastating for the Bidens. So today, all of a sudden, lo and behold, they’re going to come up with some make-up charge for January 6 that will not hold any legal water."

In a Marxist move by the Biden Administration and the DOJ, President Trump was indicted yet again on Tuesday, 8/1/23 – one day after Hunter Biden’s best friend and former business associate, Devon Archer, testified that then Vice President Joe Biden was present on 20 calls when his son was with foreign officials arranging "deals" for the family.

Archer testified that Joe Biden met with Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina, who invested $40 million into Hunter Biden’s real estate ventures.

She paid Hunter Biden $3.5 million in consulting fees. Joe Biden later excluded Baturina from his Russian sanctions list.

The very next day, President Trump was indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

This is not the first time this has happened. There have been at least six times when new evidence was released implicating the Biden's criminal activity, and then President Trump is indicted by the Biden DOJ the next day.

This is deliberate. Democrats and the Biden DOJ are making a mockery of our Justice System.

Meanwhile:

Hunter received vast sums of money from foreign nations like China, contradicting President Biden’s claim.

Biden’s DOJ tried to secretly give Hunter broad immunity and admitted the sweetheart deal was unprecedented.

The DOJ’s attempt to distract from the recent revelations made by Devon Archer, a former business associate and ‘best friend’ to Hunter Biden, to attack the frontrunner for the Republican 2024 presidential nomination, President Trump.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden's DOJ is cutting sweetheart deals for his son Hunter to cover for the Biden Family’s criminal schemes while at the same time trying to persecute his leading political opponent.

It’s an outrageous abuse of power.

While the Biden administration is defaming and possibly jailing President Trump before the 2024 election, House Republicans are slow-walking any investigation into and not impeaching Joe Biden and Biden or his cabinet officials, including Attorney General Merrick Garland and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

McCarthy has spoken about an impeachment inquiry for Biden, but has not pulled the trigger. Instead, he says platitudes like “House Republicans will continue to uncover the truth about Biden Inc. and the two-tiered system of justice.”
