Dear Conservative,
The momentum for change is on our side.
Yes, Congress is a failure. They gave us Obamacare, and now we are faced with amnesty for millions of illegals who broke into our country and expect us to give them something in return for their troubles.
But there are still some Members of Congress who are fighting for the right thing, and we need to pressure others to do the same.
One of the most upsetting things about Obamacare (and of course there are many upsetting things) is the fact that the Internal Revenue Service is going to enforce it.
Many Republicans have given lip service to stopping Obamacare. When a crucial vote comes up that could cut off funding or further repeal or halt provisions, they have voted along with the Democrats to keep Obamacare alive and well.
Rep. Tom Price of Georgia is to be commended for introducing H.R. 2009, the “Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013.” The language reads:
Congress finds the following:
(1) On May 10, 2013, the Internal Revenue Service admitted that it singled out advocacy groups, based on ideology, seeking tax-exempt status.
(2) This action raises pertinent questions about the agency’s ability to implement and oversee Public Law 111-148 and Public Law 111-152.
(3) This action could be an indication of future Internal Revenue Service abuses in relation to Public Law 111-148 and Public Law 111-152 given that it is their responsibility to enforce a key provision, the individual mandate.
(4) Americans accept the principle that patients, families, and doctors should be making medical decisions, not the Federal Government.
The Secretary of the Treasury, or any delegate of the Secretary, shall not implement or enforce any provisions of or amendments made by Public Law 111-148 or 111-152.
Will your representative support H.R. 2009?
Congress will vote on this before they recess in August. Every Member of Congress knows that they are going to have to come home to their districts and face We, the People.
That is one reason the House is reluctant to do anything on immigration in haste; they know constituents are going to give them grief in a few weeks. It is a good thing they “fear” us. They need to be scared. They work for us. It is time to let them know we are paying attention, and we will speak with our votes.

Right now is your chance to tell them you are very serious about ending the destruction of Obamacare. It is also an opportunity to let them know that anything they pass that grants blanket amnesty or leaves our borders open is unacceptable.
America was in the middle of a horrible financial crisis, and those we elected were working on the Hill to bring us Obamacare.
Now they are telling us that they need to spy on everyday Americans in order to keep us safe from terrorists, but they are furiously working on an immigration bill that does nothing to protect our borders.
No matter what side of the aisle they are on, most in Congress have abandoned the principles of our Constitution. Those who claim to be conservative have abandoned any semblance of adherence to individual liberties and the basic conservative foundation.
Conservative Daily is undertaking a huge campaign to send hundreds of thousands of faxes to desks on Capitol Hill, reminding them of their Constitutional duty. And, we are naming names. We will keep a list updated for you on all major legislation votes that violate the freedoms and principles of the United States. Sadly, we need to pressure Congress to uphold the values of our Constitution. Support those who do. Campaign against those who do not.
If they want to vote against America, we will vote against them. Scare them. Let them know it is NOT OKAY to sell out America.
