It appears that some legislators are finally realizing the danger our economy is because of the reckless spending on Ukraine.
On Thursday, Republican lawmakers in both chambers sent a letter to President Joe Biden to stop the blank check of US aid to Ukraine.
The letter, first obtained by the Daily Caller, addresses the risks associated with this reckless spending, including escalating nuclear tensions with Russia and driving Russia and China together in opposition to the US.
“Unrestrained U.S. aid for Ukraine must come to an end, and we will adamantly oppose all future aid packages unless they are linked to a clear diplomatic strategy designed to bring this war to a rapid conclusion,” the letter states.
They go on to argue for the prioritization of US military readiness and economic security over ongoing foreign conflicts.
