This is... unbelievable.

As we reported last week, when news broke that Joe Biden participated in his son's Ukrainian corruption, Facebook and Twitter rushed to censor the story to prevent people from seeing it.

Just to summarize what we know so far: Hunter Biden was required to give 50% of his salaries to Joe Biden. So, when Burisma agreed to pay Hunter Biden 50k a month, half of that was apparently funneled to Joe Biden. When Hunter Biden was hired, he was told by Burisma executives that his job was to use his influence to help the company shut down the investigations and political pressure it was facing. Hunter Biden responded by setting up a meeting between the #3 Executive at Burisma and Joe Biden, while he was the sitting Vice President. The Biden Campaign originally denied the allegation, pointing out that there was no meeting listed on Joe Biden's official calendar. But since other people on the email trails began verifying that emails from Hunter Biden's laptop were authentic, the Biden Campaign now admits that it was possible that Biden held an informal meeting with the Burisma executive...

And as I said, Facebook and Twitter did everything in their power to block Americans from reading these stories. To this day, Twitter is still blocking the New York Post from accessing their social media account...

Well, we are starting to get a better picture for why these tech giants decided to put their finger on the scale Anna Makanju is the Public Policy Executive at Facebook in charge of "election integrity on the platform." She is one of the executives at Facebook who was behind the decision to block the Hunter Biden story from being shared.

Well, one look into her resume shows why. "Previously, she was the special policy adviser for Europe and Eurasia to former US Vice President Joe Biden."

So, the advisor who worked with Joe Biden on Ukraine -- which we have already proven was a corrupt policy -- now gets to decide whether Americans on the website should be allowed to read the breaking news story...

This is election interference plain and simple. And because it was so obviously political, it is also CRIMINAL.

Don't let Big Tech prop-up Joe Biden's campaign! Please, you must send your instant FaxBlast to Congress right now and DEMAND they immediately issue criminal referrals for Twitter, Facebook, and any other company illegally censoring the Hunter Biden story in an attempt to help the Biden Campaign!

What Facebook and Twiter are doing is illegal. It is a Federal crime for companies to donate to political campaigns. Yes, that includes cash donations, but it also includes 'in-kind donations.' If a company gives a campaign something of value, then the law treats it the same as if they had donated that value directly to the campaign.

Both of these social media sites charge their customers to extend the reach of posts. If it is valuable to have more people see content, then the opposite must also be true: it is valuable (at least for the Biden campaign) for people not to find out about the Hunter Biden news stories.

Considering the importance of this October Surprise, Facebook and Twitter's decision to stop the Hunter Biden corruption story from spreading was likely worth tens of millions. What these tech companies did was felonious.

But it isn't just the handling of this story. Facebook has now reported that they flagged more than 150 million political posts, providing their own "context." In other words, Facebook didn't like what people were sharing, so they added their own message to users' political advocacy.

Ted Cruz is forcing a vote on Tuesday to subpoena the heads of Twitter and Facebook to answer for what they did. The scheduled hearing date would be Friday. If two companies claim they're too busy, then the hearing would be bumped to Tuesday. That would leave just seven days until the election. At that point, even if Congress is able to catch them lying or admitting to another crime, it will be too late to stop them from swaying the election results.

I appreciate what Ted Cruz is doing, but it's not enough. These tech executives have all already sworn under oath that they do not engage in political censorship. This past week proves that was a lie. Facebook and Twitter are obviously putting their finger on the scale to influence the election.

Because these past declarations were made under oath, Congress has the authority to refer the heads of Facebook and Twitter to the US Attorney's office for prosecution. Not just for their perjury, but also for the underlying crimes they were trying to hide...

There is no time to waste. If we want to protect these big tech companies from influencing the election, you need to rise up and DEMAND criminal referrals right now!

Don't let Big Tech prop-up Joe Biden's campaign! Please, you must send your urgent FaxBlast to Congress right now and DEMAND they immediately issue criminal referrals for Twitter, Facebook, and any other company illegally censoring the Hunter Biden story in an attempt to help the Biden Campaign!

Sincerely,

Joe Otto
