Obama has done nothing but divide us and destroy us from within. His arrogance and inaction resulted in the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi; then he callously called the tragedy “bumps in the road” and “not optimal.” His administration is violating the Hatch Act and actively campaigning for Obama at fundraisers across America. His campaign has accepted $2,199,204.38 in electronic donations from non-existent zip codes.
He has consistently ignored our laws and thumbed his nose at our Constitution. And whenever he and his administration are caught red-handed, they lie, cover-up and divert attention from the truth. Smoke and mirrors is the only way Obama can win. It worked in 2008, so naturally he is using that strategy again.
Take ACTION to Preserve the United States of America!
But, be aware, our Supreme Court is at stake. The next president could potentially seat three, possibly even four, justices, which would dramatically swing the balance of power, since many decisions now are handed down 5-4.The average age of retirement for Supreme Court Justices is 78.7 years. Right now, the Court contains two conservative justices who are 76 years old, and one liberal justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who is 79. Five justices have served a term of at least 18 years. The breakdown:
- Ruth Bader Ginsberg, age 79, tenure 19 years, politically LIBERAL
- Antonin Scalia, age 76, tenure 25 years, politically CONSERVATIVE
- Anthony Kennedy, age 76, tenure 24 years, politically CONSERVATIVE
- Stephen Breyer, age 74, tenure 18 years, politically LIBERAL
- Clarence Thomas, age 64, tenure 20 years, politically CONSERVATIVE
- Samuel Alito, age 62, tenure 6 years, politically CONSERVATIVE
- Sonia Sotomayor, age 58, tenure 3 years, politically LIBERAL
- Chief Justice John Roberts, age 57, tenure 6 years, politically CONSERVATIVE
- Elena Kagan, age 52, tenure 2 years, politically LIBERAL
Barack Obama is doing plenty of damage in the Executive Branch; but if he is re-elected, we can expect him to seat more justices sympathetic to his far-Left ideology, which will shape America for years and years to come, long after the reign of Obama is over. National security, privacy issues, illegal immigration, healthcare, voting rights, social issues, affirmative action … these are just some of the issues our Court is dealing with, or will likely deal with, during the next four years. And of course we cannot even begin to speculate what cases will come before them in the next decade or two.
STAND UP and Preserve the United States of America!
Conservative Daily is fighting for leaders who govern by our Constitution, no matter their political affiliation. Every day, we are committed to blocking President Obama’s dictatorial actions against our Founding principles. We send thousands and thousands of faxes each month to Congress, influencing policy decisions that have the potential to take our nation forward into prosperity or backward into the trash bin. With your help, we are bringing America back to “We, the People.”We are so grateful for your help. When you share articles with your friends and family through our website or social media, when you get involved in discussions, when you fax Congress, you are helping stop or reverse the damage being done to our Constitution. You are preserving our Constitution; you are saving this country for future generations.
That is why we are asking for your help to keep this fight alive. Obama has launched attacks on some of our most sacred Amendments, specifically the First, Second and Fourth —and that has been just in his first four years. He is issuing Executive Orders from the White House and bypassing our elected representatives. He is damaging America’s foreign policy and making our citizens and soldiers more vulnerable than ever.
If he is re-elected in three weeks, he will have four more years to damage the country, and he could irreversibly damage it from within by changing the political balance of the Supreme Court.
He doesn’t much care for our Constitution, so you can bet he would seat Justices who feel the same and legislate from the bench.
He can’t win if he runs on the economy. He can’t win on “hope and change.” He is no longer the “post-racial,” exciting, youthful Senator from Illinois able to blame George W. Bush. Now, he’s just a failed one-term President desperately trying to keep his job.
The work can’t stop now. The future of America depends on us. Please, help Conservative Daily save conservatism, our Constitution, and our country.
Sincerely,
Tony Adkins
