Yesterday, OSHA officially unveiled the new regulation to enforce Joe Biden's unconstitutional vaccine mandate. The final deadline for compliance is now January 4th, the administration is creating a new secret police force to catch businesses violating the order, the fines are set at 14k per unvaccinated employee, and OSHA reserves the right to quietly lower the threshold for the executive order. Meaning, if OSHA can change the order to apply to smaller businesses whenever it wants.
This is happening. Biden is claiming the authority to force ALL Americans to get vaccinated.
Now is the time to fight back and Senator Mike Braun (R-IN) is doing just that. He is advancing a Congressional Review Act resolution to overturn Biden's unconstitutional vaccine and make it illegal for the Federal government to ever try to impose a vaccine mandate again!
The Congressional Review Act allows Congress to overturn an executive regulation using just a simple majority vote in both chambers. Normally, it takes 60 votes in the Senate to pass a bill. But under the CRA, a regulation can be overturned with just 51 votes.
Also, the CRA bypasses the typical leadership structure in the Congress. Typically, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi would be able to choose what receives a vote and what does not. But with the CRA, as long as a majority support overturning the regulation, the leadership cannot block it.
Democrats are scared. They saw the bloodbath in Virginia and are terrified of losing their jobs. They are abandoning Biden's "Build Back Better Plan" as fast as they can, forcing Joe Biden to actually call them one-by-one to beg them to vote for it.
A majority of the House and the Senate oppose these vaccine mandates. If Biden's executive order was put to a vote right now, it would be overturned and there would be nothing Biden, Pelosi, or Schumer could do to stop it!
Senator Mike Braun is drafting the resolution and is working on collecting signatures, but he needs YOUR help to force Congressmen and Senators to sign onto it!
We can win this fight. The momentum is on our side.
But it is up to you to put the fear back into these Congressmen and Senators, Republicans and Democrats, and FORCE them to overturn Biden's executive order before it goes into effect!
We only have 30 days to kill this regulation and the clock is ticking.
Biden's executive order doesn't just apply to government workers or employees at businesses with over 100 workers... OSHA literally says in this rule that they reserve the right to expand it to all businesses at any time, for any reason.
Biden has literally claimed the authority to force ALL Americans to inject something into their bodies.
This tyranny must be stopped!
