Amnesty no matter what!
President Barack Obama wants an Amnesty/Immigration Bill ASAP.…no matter what!
Even if it means moving forward without a Congressional hearing!
And somehow the “GANG OF 8” (or at least a majority of them) is going along with that. Something like immigration and amnesty needs Congressional input---because Congressional input is supposed to represent input from Americans---you!
Why does President Obama want to rush this bill through Congress? Realizing this is a very controversial issue, it involves the fate of Border security guards and 11,000,000+ “illegal immigrants”.
Obama has said that passing immigration reform would show “political courage.” However, the last time we rushed to judgment under the name of “political courage” out came Obamacare, the worst piece of legislation in recent memory!
Obama is trying to push through this Amnesty bill without any dialogue from Congress, much less YOU! We need open and transparent debate on this subject, just like any other subject. As you know, the “Gang of Eight” (8 “bipartisan” Senators) have come together to move forward a “comprehensive immigration reform” bill that would provide AMNESTY to 11 MILLION illegal aliens (mostly Democratic voters!) Well, we say NO YOU DON’T!!
U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), a yes-man for Obama, the Committee Chairman for the Judiciary, announced that he does NOT intend to hold more hearings on the bill once he receives it and that he would NOT allow opponents to slow-down his plan to put it on the floor by next month!
What ever happened to an open and transparent debate on immigration?
Senator Leahy’s comments have raised a lot of consternation among Conservatives!
For example, U. S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) wrote: “I respectfully suggest that such a process must begin with a careful examination in the Committee including: hearings that explore multiple perspectives on the scope of the problems we face and the efficacy of the solutions we propose, markups in which a broad range of amendments can be considered, and a robust floor debate.”
However, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) suspects an even more sinister reason for the rush to pass supposed “immigration reform.” Cruz suspects that President Obama is pressing an unreasonable deadline because he wants the bill to fail, so he can use it as a wedge issue against Republicans in the next two elections!
If we didn’t have open and frank discussions to pass Obamacare, why would Obama want this for immigration reform?
Quite frankly, an open and transparent debate on immigration reform (AMNESTY FOR 11 MILLION ILLEGALS) might be defeated. That’s the purpose of the “rush.”
Secret, closed-door meetings are very typical of the Obama-style, Chicago back-room politics that helped to pass Obamacare. And the public does NOT like that approach. That’s why your fax is very pertinent and needed right now to every Member of Congress:
Total amnesty for 11 million illegals in the United States is not the complete answer.
As Donald Trump states: “Every single one of those 12 million people will be voting against the Republicans.”

Did you know that the Internal Revenue Service is sending $4.2 Billion per year to illegal immigrants as an “additional child tax credit” for children who don’t even live in the United States! I know you don’t believe what was just written! But, it is true!
The IRS and Congress have been ignoring this scheme for years. The Inspector General’s office has repeatedly identified the problem in audit after audit. Russell George, the Inspector General, says: “The magnitude of the problem has grown exponentially!” However, the IRS does nothing about the problem to stop it! Yet, it is costing taxpayers BILLIONS OF DOLLARS!
We must let Congress know that they cannot pass a law without input from the American people!!
BUT, if one were to look at the laws of the United States of America, one would find that our laws forbid the admission of any immigrant who is likely to depend on public assistance! Section 212(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act says: “Any alien who, in the opinion of the consular officer at the time of application for a visa, or in the opinion of the Attorney General at the time of application for admission or adjustment of status, is likely at any time to become a public charge is inadmissible.”
THAT IS THE LAW CURRENTLY ON OUR BOOKS!
Here is the problem: The Obama Administration enforcement of the laws of our land!!
That’s right. The current law forbids food stamps and welfare payments to be made to illegal immigrants!! BUT---
According to Byron York in Townhall.com, “It has long been a sound principle of immigration law that those who seek citizenship in this country ought to be financially self-sufficient,” Senators Jeff Sessions, Orrin Hatch, Charles Grassley and Pat Roberts wrote in an August 2012 letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. “We were thus shocked to discover that both the State Department and DHS exclude reliance on almost all governmental welfare programs when evaluating whether an alien is likely to become a public charge.”
“Sessions, an opponent of the so-called Gang of Eight bipartisan outline for reform, touted the vote (on the budget on March 23) as a milestone. ‘The Senate Democrat majority voted to extend free and subsidized health care – specifically, Medicaid and Obamacare – to illegal immigrants who could be granted legal status under any comprehensive immigration bill. The result of (this) vote places immigration reform in jeopardy.”
Even in the “Gang of Eight,” there are two sides of the discussion. But according to Obama, there is no discussion. It’s either an up or down vote.
According to President Obama, it is AMNESTY---NO MATTER WHAT!
That is why you must fax Congress this very moment!
