When news broke that Planned Parenthood was caught selling body parts and organs from aborted children, I felt sick to my stomach. Watching Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood’s senior director of medical research, talk about dismembering unborn children while casually eating a salad was simply disgusting. But that just goes to show how little respect these people have for human life.
Planned Parenthood’s response was that they weren’t technically breaking the law because they weren’t trying to make a profit off of the sale. As if that somehow makes it better.
But now, a new video has emerged completely disproving their defense. Dr. Mary Gatter, who was president of the Planned Parenthood Medical Directors’ Council until 2014 and now serves in an advisory capacity, was caught on film haggling over the price of unborn child body parts and organs. If this was purely covering cost, then the price should be set in stone.
When the undercover actors asked Dr. Gatter what she would charge for the “specimens,” she responded that she didn’t want to throw out the first number and “lose the negotiation.” “It’s been years since I’ve talked about compensation,” she said in the video, “so let me just figure out what others are getting.”
Then, in the most shocking part of the video, Dr. Gatter turns and tells the woman on her right, “I want a Lamborghini.” When the undercover actors asked what she just said, she repeated, “I said, ‘I want a Lamborghini.’”
This is despicable but it also proves that Planned Parenthood is clearly breaking the law and profiting from selling fetal tissue and organs. This disgusting organization received $528.4 Million of TAXPAYER money last year. It’s time to rise up and defund this horrific organization!
Let that sink in for a second… $528.4 million last year to an organization the sells the organs and tissue from aborted children. Not just selling them to ‘cover costs,’ as the organization once claimed… They are illegally selling the body parts of aborted babies for profit.
For goodness sake, this woman was caught haggling. If they were purely selling these organs to cover expenses, there would be no need to haggle. She's haggling because she wants to make as much money as possible, both for her and the organization.
Ted Cruz (R-TX) has introduced an amendment to defund this horrific organization and promised to force a vote in the Senate, even if that means attaching it to a completely unrelated bill like highway funding.
Now, that might seem a little strange to attach a defunding mechanism to something as obscure as highway funding, but every day that we wait is more unborn children being killed and sold for parts and more of your tax dollars being funneled to these butcher shops. And that highway bill is must-pass, meaning that Congress can't afford to not pass it into law because it would be catastrophic to our infrastructure systems.
We cannot delay. We cannot wait any longer. It is a travesty that taxpayer money continues to funnel into these abortion facilities. We have the power to stop this right now. Will you join us? Please join us.
Don’t let Congress ignore this any longer! Demand that Planned Parenthood be defunded immediately!
