Obama Takes Away Guns
From American Heroes!
Due, in part, to the many faxes that Congressmen have received from you and other friends of Conservative-Daily.com, President Obama will not get all he wants, when it comes to all-out gun control! Thank you very much! So the administration has resorted to other desperate measures to TAKE AWAY YOUR GUNS!
But now evidence has surfaced when the administration, via the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, has targeted our American heroes, our veterans. They have risked their lives for our peace and freedoms, yet President Obama is trying to literally DENY our heroes of their Second Amendment rights!
Hundreds of letters have been sent to veterans DENYING them their Constitutional rights to own a gun! You read that correctly. Please read on. BUREAUCRATS within the VA are pre-judging hundreds, maybe thousands, of veterans simply because they possibly suffer from stress. There have been no clear-cut guidelines. We MUST fax every U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative to open an intense investigation into this national tragedy. But, believe us; it is even more sinister than that!
On Department of Veteran Affairs’ letterhead from a local VA office, one of these notices reads:
“We have received information showing that because of your disabilities you may need help in handling your Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits. The evidence indicates that you are not able to handle your VA benefit payments because of a physical or mental condition. We proposed to rate you incompetent for VA purposes.
“A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition.” (Per the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159).”
Even though our American heroes can contest this abrupt notification, the VA reply was: “We will determine whether such relief is warranted.”
That’s right, unelected government bureaucrats can decide whether you can handle your financial affairs; now, even the right to own a gun!
We need an immediate Congressional investigation as to the validity that our own American heroes are being arbitrarily not only sidelined from their benefits, but are stripped of their gun rights by bureaucratic members of the Veterans Administration!
This is a tragedy of the highest proportions. This sinister plot goes right in line with the Obama push to seemingly “outlaw” guns in the United States of America. Now he is targeting our American heroes.
According to Michael Connelly, JD, Executive Director of the United States Justice Foundation, he says: “Janet Napolitano has already warned law enforcement that some of the most dangerous among us are America’s heroes, our veterans, and now according to this letter from the VA they can be prohibited from buying or even possessing a firearm because of a physical or mental disability.”
The problem is there are no clear-cut criteria for the Veterans Administration to declare a veteran incompetent. We think of the many veterans who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) due to combat fatigue. They could be disqualified from owning firearms. What about the average citizen who sometimes suffers extreme stress? Our government could literally DISARM them.
This is all in the interest of the Obama administration wanting to disarm the American people!

This “Brady Law” reads: “…has been adjudicated as mental defective.” But these letters are determinations by some government employee, without any real due process of law. This must be cut off and nipped in the bud. Our veterans deserve much better, especially when a bureaucrat wants to cut out a constitutionally-guaranteed right, especially without any “due process.”
The FIFTH AMENDMENT to the United States Constitution states that no person shall “…be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law…”
Apparently, this particular “due process” is the promulgation of the Obama steamroller or juggernaut to take away guns from our society.
Where will the government over-reach stop? If you are stressed, will that mean that some government official can rule over you and your affairs?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Demand that Congress get involved in this anti-veteran scheme.
