Biden’s EPA is preparing to cite the largest producer of gasoline in the United States, which could lead to a complete shutdown of the operation.

Biden is purposefully strangling the American economy into complete collapse.

This breaking development confirms that Biden’s war against Americans and the economy will not stop.

Biden’s climate change initiatives are becoming more radical by the day as United States producers and consumers face the consequences. Inflation has sent fuel and food prices soaring. The surging costs of living are forcing millions of Americans into financial hardships. We are facing a crisis of massive proportions, all engineered by the Biden Regime.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott condemned the actions of Biden and his EPA, likening the move to a direct attack aimed at crippling our country.

In a letter to the Regime, Abbott stated, “You say that you want ‘to bring refineries back online to get more gas to the pump at lower prices…’ That goal… could be thwarted if the EPA is allowed to move forward with its discretionary regulatory process.”

Abbott continued, “If you let the EPA move forward with the untimely and unnecessary measures that accompany redesignation, that action will put 25 percent of the American oil supply at risk. That, in turn, could substantially increase the cost of gasoline.”

Congress must ACT NOW to stabilize our domestic energy production. Attacks on our energy supply by the Regime are creating perilous risk to our National Security!

Biden has already done incredible damage to our energy independence by canceling the Keystone pipeline and refusing to renew oil and gas leases across the country. Biden has also depleted our strategic petroleum reserves to the lowest level in decades. As production grinds to a halt and our domestic supply dwindles, Biden is leaving our country in an incredibly dangerous position.

If Biden is successful in allowing the stoppage of fuel production from the Permian Basin, prices will surge to levels never before seen in history.
