Recent discussions of recession indicators have sparked massive selloffs in international markets, further destabilizing our economy. The outlook is dismal not only for President Biden and Vice President Harris but for all Americans who are struggling to survive.

To grasp the severity of the situation, consider this comparison from Wall Street Silver: During the Great Depression in 1930, the average home in America cost $3,900, the average car $600, and the average monthly rent $18. Today, the average home costs $436,000, the average car $48,000, and the average rent $2,000 per month. The average American income has not kept pace, standing at $56,000 annually. Back then, a house was only three times the average salary; today, it is eight times. A car was 46% of the salary; now, it is 85%. Rent was 16% of the average salary; now, it is 42%.

We demand that Congress takes decisive action to control this debt and balance the budget. We must not resort to pathetic easy fixes like Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) or continually raising the debt ceiling. We need to address the root causes of our economic disaster. We must end usury to ensure that banking institutions serve the people rather than their own interests and bottom lines. Ending fractional reserve banking, a deceitful scheme creating money out of thin air, is also essential.

Our nation has faced recessions and severe inflation in the past. It is time for Congress to wake up, stop making excuses, and act. Use your power to hold your congressional leaders accountable and fight for the economic stability and prosperity of our great nation. Enough is enough.
