This trial was not just a witch-hunt; it was blatant election interference that egregiously violated Donald Trump's civil rights. The proceedings were a flagrant violation of due process and a gross miscarriage of justice.

This trial was nothing short of a kangaroo court, an abomination, and a communist show trial. Even repressive regimes like North Korea and the former Soviet Union made more effort to appear fair. What we witnessed was not justice; it was political persecution at its worst.

The fact that Trump was not informed of the charges against him until the defense had to rest is unprecedented and raises serious questions about the legal foundation of the case. The Federal Election Commission, the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, and Bragg’s predecessor all passed on prosecuting this case. So why is the Manhattan D.A. pursuing it? The answer is clear: to subvert our justice system for political gain.

This case highlights the perversion of our justice system and the corruption and subversion of our institutions by the left. It is a deliberate strategy by the Democrats to confine Donald Trump to a courtroom and keep him off the campaign trail, preventing him from delivering his winning message to voters across the country.

Furthermore, the jurors in this case were denied access to Judge Merchan's 50+ pages of jury instructions, forced instead to rely solely on 90 minutes of oral instructions. This is absurd and unacceptable. Jurors had to request these lengthy instructions to be reread over 30 times during deliberation and lacked access to witness testimony transcripts. This grossly hindered their ability to make informed decisions and is an outrageous way to achieve justice.

Written instructions for jurors are a common practice to ensure clarity and consistency. To deny jurors written instructions and force them to rely only on oral guidance, especially when it takes "at least an hour" to review, is a deliberate attempt to overwhelm and confuse the jury. Judge Merchan’s actions were an intentional effort to sabotage the jury’s ability to accurately follow and apply the law.

It is abundantly clear that President Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, Jay Bratt, Alvin Bragg, Matthew Colangelo, Tish James, Fani Willis, Nathan Wade, Judge Juan Merchan, and his daughter, Loren Merchan, are orchestrating a criminal conspiracy to violate the civil rights of President Trump. Congress must act immediately!

I demand that you investigate Judge Merchan, his jury instructions, and the Manhattan D.A. Office. Instead of merely issuing statements about how this ruling is a travesty of justice, Congress must take concrete action to rectify this injustice and hold these perpetrators accountable. Injustice for one is injustice for all.
