Grisham's entire argument hinges on the increase in crime in Albuquerque, as if banning law-abiding citizens from carrying weapons will magically compel criminals to comply and cease carrying arms.

Furthermore, it is astonishing that Grisham, a Democrat in a state under Democratic control, conveniently ignores the fact that the rising crime nationwide, predominantly plagues Democrat-led cities and states. It is high time she acknowledged her own party's role in contributing to this crisis.

Grisham's reasoning for banning open and concealed carry is not only nonsensical but also vague. She justifies her actions with an alarming "because crime is bad right now" argument, using it as a flimsy pretext to declare a state of emergency and strip away the rights of American citizens, just as was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. This sets a dangerous precedent that cannot be allowed to stand.

This maneuver by Grisham is nothing short of a calculated test to gauge how much the American population will endure, to see if they will yield to these emergency powers, and to what extent they will allow their rights to be trampled upon.

It is abundantly clear that individuals like Governor Grisham have a nefarious agenda, actively working to strip the American people of their rights and liberties. Her actions pose a genuine threat to our Constitution, and she has failed miserably in upholding her oath to defend it and the rights of the American people.

Therefore, I vehemently demand that Congress takes immediate action to impeach Governor Michelle Grisham. Additionally, any congressional leader or elected official who supports her cause must be identified as a threat to the American people and our Constitution. They, too, should face the consequences of impeachment for their failure to uphold their oath to defend our Constitution.
