Governor Greg Abbott's proactive measure to install 30 miles of razor wire near Eagle Pass, Texas, was a commendable effort to stem the tide of illegal entries facilitated by the Biden administration. However, the Supreme Court's decision has now transformed the border into a battleground, pitting our National Guard against the ill-conceived policies of the Biden Regime.

The determination voiced by Governor Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton to defend Texas’s Constitutional authority is commendable. Yet, the Supreme Court's temporary order allowing the removal of vital border barriers is an endorsement of an illegal endeavor to compromise the very sovereignty of our nation, as rightly pointed out by Governor Abbott.

The audacity of the Biden Regime's Border "Patrol" Vandals, and the subsequent defiance by the Texas National Guards, only serve to escalate the urgency and severity of the situation. It is a travesty that, since President Biden assumed office, approximately 7 million illegal immigrants have crossed our borders, with unaccounted-for individuals, including young children, and the squandering of hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on their accommodations.

I implore you, in the strongest terms, to channel your anger, frustration, and, most importantly, your power as a representative of the American people to take swift and resolute action. Congress must not turn a blind eye to this blatant disregard for our national security. Back Attorney General Ken Paxton in Texas and demand the immediate closure of our borders.

The security of our great nation is not a burden that should be shouldered solely by Governor Abbott and AG Paxton. It is a collective responsibility that demands the undivided attention and action of every member of Congress. Our border is not a political game piece to be moved at the convenience of politicians; it is a crisis demanding an urgent and forceful nationwide response.

Our safety, constitutional rights, and the very essence of our nation are at stake. Congress must act decisively, demand the closure of our borders, and uphold the laws that safeguard the American people.
