Frankly, I am infuriated by the unmitigated disaster that continues to unfold, and it is high time for you, as our elected representative, to step up and address this urgent matter with the gravity it demands.

The evidence we are confronted with paints a damning picture of law enforcement and so-called "border patrol" actively facilitating the entry of illegal aliens into our country, all under the reprehensible orders of the current administration. This situation is spiraling into sheer madness, and the audacity of waiting for a change in leadership is beyond unacceptable. As representatives of the people, it is your duty to act decisively and CLOSE the damn border NOW!

The repercussions of this open-border lunacy are undeniably devastating for our nation. Resources and funding intended for the welfare of American citizens are being shamelessly handed out to millions of illegal immigrants. Schools, homeless shelters, senior homes, hotels, police stations – every corner of our society is being infiltrated by individuals who are shamelessly reaping the benefits of OUR hard-earned taxpayer dollars.

In the midst of a homelessness crisis, with American citizens desperately seeking resources and aid, it is enraging to witness illegal immigrants receiving townhouses, health insurance, reloadable credit cards, and more. Our most vulnerable citizens are being trampled upon as resources are squandered on those who have NO right to be in our country.

The crisis at the border, orchestrated and perpetuated by the Biden Regime, is an outright betrayal of the American people. The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has had to file a lawsuit against Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just to shed light on the suspension of the 287(g) program. This program is crucial for deporting illegal migrant child rapists, murderers, assailants, carjackers, and other known criminals. Shockingly, Biden’s DHS deliberately halted this program, allowing KNOWN criminals to roam freely within our borders.

In September 2023, the IRLI filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to ICE, seeking internal documents regarding the agency’s suspension of the 287(g) program. Predictably, the government failed to comply with the rule requiring a response within 20 days, and ICE authorities have yet to stir from their bureaucratic slumber.

The staggering number of 2.3 million illegal immigrants crossing the border in 2023 alone is a slap in the face to every law-abiding American citizen. In 2022, it was 2.2 million, and in 2021, 1.5 million illegal immigrants had the audacity to cross our border. The grand total, some reports claiming as high as 7 million, is a disgrace to the principles upon which this nation was founded.

Congress must do more than simply "urge" or "recommend." It must DEMAND the immediate reinstatement of the 287(g) program. Efforts to deport illegal immigrants, especially known criminals, must commence at full throttle without further bureaucratic delays. Cease this abhorrent expenditure of our taxpayer dollars and resources on individuals who have violated the sanctity of our borders.

CLOSE THE BORDER, for God's sake! Fulfill the oath you took as our representatives! Protect the American people, uphold the rule of law, and show some semblance of respect for the citizens who entrusted you with their votes.

I am furious, as are countless others, and we demand swift and unequivocal action on your part.
