While the separate nature of the aid packages for Israel and Ukraine is duly noted, the proposition to intertwine them into a single national security package is nothing short of infuriating. Speaker Mike Johnson's vague optimism about pushing through supplemental funding without a clear commitment to separating the aid for Ukraine from Israel only amplifies my concerns about the transparency and accountability of this process.

Our DEMAND FOR REMEDY: Allow me to emphasize the following points with an urgency commensurate with the gravity of the situation:

1. **Financial Insanity:** Allocating $105 billion, and potentially more, to foreign aid while our country teeters on the brink of financial ruin is not just irresponsible; it is an outright betrayal of the American people.

2. **Neglect of Domestic Needs:** The continued neglect of pressing issues at home, including border reform, budget cuts to bureaucratic behemoths like the IRS, and the languishing of critical legislation like H.R.2, the Secure the Border Act, is utterly unacceptable.

3. **Individual Accountability:** Each aid package, especially those of such astronomical proportions, warrants individual scrutiny and voting to ensure our representatives are held accountable for their decisions. We SHOULD NOT be grouping together aid packages.

4. **Fiscal Sanity:** It is high time we insist on a balanced budget, and any financial commitments should be scrutinized for their alignment with the best interests of the American people.
