This week, you will be called upon to vote on S.J.Res. 29, a Congressional Review Act resolution that would permanently end Joe Biden's OSHA vaccine mandate.

Nowhere in the United States Constitution is the President given the power to force Americans to inject something into their body. Since the Constitution lists enumerated powers, the lack of such Constitutional authority means the power is held elsewhere. The 10th Amendment clarifies that if the power is not given to one branch of government, it is presumed to belong to the states or to have been retained by the American people themselves.

The 5th Amendment is also clear that the Federal government has no right to violate the autonomy of one's person. Courts have interpreted this to protect Americans from having their blood forcibly drawn. It only stands to reason that the 5th Amendment would also protect Americans from having something injected into them...

While a minority of states believe they have the power to force people to get vaccinated, the decision of what Americans put into their bodies has always rested with them. The people decide what they eat, drink, and yes, what medicines they inject into their bodies.

Biden's vaccine mandate is obviously unconstitutional on its face. But it is also flagrantly unconstitutional in its execution. In the private sector, healthcare industry, and even the military, Americans with bona fide, deeply held religious objections to the Covid-19 vaccines are having their exemption requests flat-out denied. Religious Americans are literally being fired from their jobs because of Biden's vaccine mandate.

No President should have the power to force Americans to inject something into their body. It is also terrifying to think about what would happen if this newly-invented Presidential power was expanded... We are seeing the tyranny unfolding in Australia, where Covid-Negative citizens are being held in camps. You have an opportunity to ensure this kind of despotism never reaches our shores...

You must vote for S.J.Res. 29 and put an end to Biden's unconstitutional vaccine mandate. Not only would this resolution end Biden's mandate immediately, but it would also permanently block future Presidents from ever trying to implement a vaccine mandate again.

You swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. It is now time to honor that oath.

Any Congressman or Senator who chooses to defend the indefensible and votes to protect Biden's vaccine mandate will be removed from office.
