Breaking: Joe Biden Admits He Violated The Constitution

Joe Biden issued an order this week for the CDC to create a new eviction moratorium. With the stroke of a pen, Joe Biden has made it a federal crime for a landlord to charge tenants to live in his or her property.

Biden admitted later that day that his order was unconstitutional, but that he was being pressured by Leftists to issue it anyway, even if it meant the order only survived a couple of days or weeks.

As many as ten million Americans are now forced to work for free. They are forced to let renters live in their apartments and homes for free. They are now being forced to repair damage done to the property for free. Joe Biden has turned them into modern day slaves. He has stolen their livelihoods.

The Founders would have already risen up. Anyone who tried to enforce such an order would have been tarred and feathered. Any landlord who was imprisoned under this unconstitutional order would have been broken out of jail.

But the Founders gave us a peaceful way out, a last ditch effort to remove a tyrant without having to resort to violent conflict: impeachment.

Joe Biden must be impeached and removed from office and it is up to YOU to demand it!

This week, Joe Biden instructed the CDC to issue a new eviction moratorium even though he knew that it was unconstitutional.

At the President's instruction, the CDC has now made it a Federal crime for landlords to force tenants to pay to live on their property. Any landlord that tries to force them to pay, or attempts to evict squatters from their property, will now face hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines and up to a year in prison.

This is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court signaled as much. Joe Biden decided to violate the Constitution and defy the courts by issuing a new eviction moratorium.

Never before have we had a President so flagrantly violate the constitution. We have never seen a President of the United States issue an executive order that literally steals the livelihoods from millions of hard working Americans, simply because he believes that other people are more deserving of a break.

If King George had tried this, it would have prompted immediate revolution in the colonies. Any government official who tried to enforce the eviction moratorium would have been tarred and feathered. Any landlord imprisoned for evicting people from his or her property would have been broken out of jail.

What Joe Biden is doing is tyrannical. He is literally trying to pick winners and losers. He is stealing the American Dream from millions of hard working Americans, all for political reasons.

Luckily, the Founders knew a day like this would come and crafted a failsafe inside of the Constitution; a last ditch mechanism to remove a tyrant without the need for bloodshed. I am talking about impeachment.

This nation will not survive the 1,263 days between now and the next inauguration. Waiting 39 months to vote Joe Biden out of office is not good enough.

You must initiate deportation proceedings. Joe Biden's order is unconstitutional: he knows it and you know it. No President should have the power to steal any American's livelihood.

A President who signs executive orders that he knows are unconstitutional is far too dangerous for you to allow him to remain in office...

Joe Biden is dangerous. He is flagrantly, admittedly, and unapologetically violating the Constitution. You have an obligation to impeach him before he can do any more damage to Americans or the Republic.
