Joe Biden's nomination of David Chipman is unacceptable and must be defeated by any means necessary!

Chipman has unapologetically promised to ban guns if he is confirmed. He wants to ban so-called "assault weapons," but refused to define what the term means. That is because his definition of "assault weapon" includes millions of the most popular handguns, shotguns, and rifles.

When asked to justify his position on 50 caliber rifles, Chipman proclaimed that they should be banned because during the Waco Siege, cult members shot down Air National Guard helicopters with their 50 caliber rifles. That story was a complete lie. There were no helicopters shot down at Waco. Chipman just made it up to try to justify his radical anti-gun agenda.

Then, there are the new revelations coming from Chipman's time in the ATF's Detroit Field Office. According to other agents, Chipman used derogatory terms to describe African American colleagues. He also allegedly said that the only way black ATF agents must have cheated on the test in order to qualify for promotions. Really despicable...

This nomination has gone on for long enough. It is time to kill David Chipman's nomination once and for all.
