Over the weekend, Maxine Waters traveled across state lines to Minneapolis to not only attempt to intimidate the jury in the Derek Chauvin case, but also to rile up protesters. She told them to "get more confrontational" and to never stop "fighting," especially if the jury refuses to return a guilty verdict.

Just hours after her statement, two National Guard soldiers in the city were injured in a drive by shooting. The Judge presiding over the Derek Chauvin trial admitted that Maxine Waters' comments may have prejudiced the jury and could result in the case being overturned on appeal.

What Maxine Waters did was undoubtedly criminal. Donald Trump was impeached for much, much less.

You created this standard. You allowed Donald Trump to be impeached for "inciting violence" during a speech in which he told protesters to peacefully and patriotically protest...

Maxine Waters did not tell the protesters to be peaceful. She told them to fight and get more confrontational if the jury didn't return a verdict they liked...

This is disgusting. It is jury tampering and because Maxine Waters traveled across state lines to deliver her incitement speech, 18 U.S. Code § 2101 comes into play...

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has introduced H.Res. 327 to ensure that Maxine Waters is held accountable for her actions. This resolution would expel Maxine Waters from Congress. Based on the standard used to impeach Donald Trump, this is the only acceptable recourse.

Many of your colleagues, however, would rather hold a vote to censure Waters instead. They want to give her a slap on the wrist. Nancy Pelosi went even further and said she doesn't even believe Maxine Waters should have to apologize for her actions, let alone face a censure vote...

It is not enough to "do something." It is not enough to just "take action." Maxine Waters broke the law and went out of her way to drive the country further apart. She is unfit to serve in any capacity and must be removed from office.

H.Res. 327 has been filed. Now, it is up to you to force a vote on it. I don't care what it takes. Whether it is by discharge petition or a privileged resolution, you must force a vote on Maxine Waters' removal from Congress.

Understand this: Anything less than Maxine Waters' removal from Congress is UNACCEPTABLE!

Any Members of Congress who refuse to hold Maxine Waters accountable for her actions will be removed from office themselves!
