We now have the votes to challenge the fraudulent Electoral College results!

Congressman Mo Brooks and Senator-Elect Tommy Tuberville (both from Alabama) both have announced that they will formally challenge the results from states like Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. This will force two hours of open debate per objection and require that Democrats and Republicans vote on-the-record.

The challenges will be made and the votes will be held. We now have a pathway to win this thing, but it is going to take a lot of work.

Senator-Elect Tommy Tuberville announced this week that he will join Representative Mo Brooks in challenging disputed Electoral College results from states like Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

3 USC § 15 gives Congress the authority to challenge Electoral College results as long as at least one Congressman and one Senator are both signed onto the challenge.

With Tuberville's announcement, we now know that these objections will happen. Under the law, each objection will force two hours of floor debate in both the House and the Senate, followed by an on-the-record vote.

If all six states are challenged, that means that the House and the Senate will have to spend 12 hours debating the evidence of voter fraud.

But Rep. Mo Brooks is worried that will not be enough time to make the case. The criminals who participated in this fraud had years to plan their scheme. You need to devote more than just one day to covering it.

Rep. Brooks is now pushing to hold additional hearings in the lead up to the Electoral College certification vote to ensure that all of the evidence of voter fraud can be presented before the results are certified.

You MUST join this fight. The American people deserve to know that the next President was elected fair-and-square. We deserve better than a President with an asterisk next to his name...

Given everything we already know, it would be unconscionable to vote to certify the Electoral College results without a full investigation and audit looking into the allegations of fraud.

I am demanding that you hold emergency voter fraud hearings to ensure that all of the evidence is presented before the final Electoral College certification vote is held in Congress.

And yes, I am demanding that you vote to BLOCK the Electoral College votes for Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania from being certified until the audit and investigation is complete (and a true winner is confirmed).

Anything less is unacceptable. Anything less will result in your removal from office.
