The United Nations announced earlier this year that Pres. Trump's funding cuts had pushed them to the brink of bankruptcy. For the first time ever, a President forced the UN to abandon its anti-American agenda. The UN was forced to crack down on corruption and reform in order to preserve its funding.

Pres. Trump's plan actually worked. He cut the funding and threatened to pull all of it if the United Nations didn't reform... and they did.

So why are you allowing your colleagues to slip a rider into the State Department appropriations bill restoring all of the funding that Trump cut?

The House State and Foreign Operations Subcommittee just passed a package that increases the UN's funding to above Obama-levels and pays back the hundreds of millions of dollars that Trump cut. This includes giving away $750 million for the United Nations to push its pro-abortion 'family planning' agenda around the globe.

What did the UN do with this pledged funding? They immediately took aim at American pro-life laws designed to protect the unborn.

Regardless of what you think about abortion, the UN's actions are disgusting. They are using American taxdollars to try to overturn American laws. You must put a stop to this.

The truth is that every single time the United Nations gets its hands on American tax dollars, they use it to chip away at our sovereignty. And yet, Congress keeps funding their anti-American efforts.

The appropriations package being pushed by Rep. Nita Lowey would fund every single one of the UN's anti-American programs.

It has to stop. If you think you can get away with restoring and increasing the UN budget without us noticing, you're wrong. You will not get away with this.
